Return Policy

• EMERALD PILLOW produces lingerie with attention to detail and as such we make sure that all pieces sent out to our customers are of the highest quality.

• In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty garment we will gladly exchange or return and refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. The garments must be unused and in their original condition. Please email us on returns@emeraldpillow.com with your order details and we will issue you with an authorization to return the goods.

• We will not accept any responsibility for any personally damaged or used goods. Or any garments laundered contrary to the washing instructions.

• Please note that EMERALD PILLOW lingerie is lingerie for play. They are delicate pieces designed to adorn the body’s natural curves and as such do not offer bust support in the same way an everyday bra might. When choosing a piece please keep this in mind, as we will not accept as a fault claims of inadequate bust support.

• All item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging with the receipt. Please take note of this when opening your purchase.

• Items purchased on clearance or final sale cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

• Goods for return must be sent through registered post. For exchanges, we will resend the goods at cost to us. For an approved refund, we will credit your account within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Packaging and Postage

All EMERALD PILLOW items are individually wrapped in tissue and packaged in our sturdy slimline boxes.

We send all goods to you by registered post.

Delivery charges are:
$10 for orders below $300
$15 for orders between $300 and $400
$20 for orders above $400
All prices in Australian Dollars

Please expect to receive your lingerie in 7 – 14 working days from receipt and confirmation of order. Some delays could occur if there are any items out of stock and we will advise you of this at the time of your order.

If for some reason you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact us at mail@emeraldpillow.com and we will do our best to beat the postman into submission and get it sorted out.
